Hello! I am a licensed counselor who has personally and professionally experienced how enriching counseling can be. It's like finding a guide to help us on our way to the life we always hoped for. Whether this is a time of chaos or peace, grief or joy, I'd be pleased to come alongside and share with you some of what I have learned.
Drawing on a rich and diverse combination of training and experiences, I offer a Christ-centered, relational approach to therapy at a pace that is comfortable for you. Many clients arrive at my office feeling stuck... I enjoy helping them find freedom from issues caused by depression, anxiety, trauma, marriage and relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
My Masters in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary has been supplemented by training in art and play therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Schema Therapy, Spiritual Direction, and EMDR. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for interns seeking licensure as mental health counselors in Florida.
